I honestly don’t remember the first time I saw “Hocus Pocus”, but I know it immediately fell in love. To me, it is the pinnacle of Halloween storytelling. The film has everything: it’s set on Halloween in Salem, MA. There are killer trick-or-treating scenes. It’s an adventure! The villains are witches, and there is an amazing cemetery where all the best action in the story takes place.

What more could you want from a Halloween story?

Not much, I would argue, except maybe to live inside that story all year long. And today, we’re going to try to do that for one very important reason: July 16, 2018 celebrates the 25th anniversary of the film’s release.

(Oh yes, my friends, this film was released in the dead of July, not October. Shocking, right? But I think that just adds to its charm in being a cult classic.)

So how do we live inside “Hocus Pocus” all year? Well, short of visiting the filming locations across Salem (my girl Alyse at ThingsToDoInSalem.com has them for you here), you can always load yourself up on the clever movie-themed goodies that are available!

Today I’m sharing 30+ of my favorites, plus giving you a chance to win 10 of them, plus a few surprises! Keep reading for the giveaway details.

“Hocus Pocus” Blind Pack Keychains – $7.99

If you scored on of these last Halloween, consider yourself lucky! It was nearly impossible to hunt them down and even harder to find the full collection. I managed to score a Dani and Binx, but you can take your chances with what’s available online for the time being.

Just in case you’ve been living under a rock this past week, Spirit Halloween is exclusively selling Sanderson Sister Funko Pop figures this season! You can pre-order them now – all three sisters are available for $36 or you can buy Sarah, Winifred and Mary for $12.99 each.
