Nope. I loved going back to school because it meant new school supplies.

There’s just something about a brand new pen and a fresh notebook that gets me excited. I suppose that’s the writer in me.

My aesthetic growing up was anything BUT Halloweeny. In elementary school, I used whatever my mom bought for me. In junior high, I was ALL about Sanrio characters and lived for weekends at the mall where I could use my allowance to buy overpriced Hello Kitty pens and pencils. (#late90stweenprobs)
